Building/Construction Inspections

The following inspections are required/provided when you have an approved building permit:

• Footings/Piles/Piers/Thickened Edge Slabs
• Basement Walls/Grade Beams
• Backfilling
• Attached Garage (piers/grade beam/slab)
• Framing and Plumbing
• Basement Floor
• Insulation and Vapour Barrier
• Final Inspection 

Please note that the CONTRACTOR AND OWNER are CO-RESPONSIBLE for notifying our office for inspections.  
 
OUR OFFICE REQUIRES 24 HOUR NOTICE PRIOR TO AN INSPECTION !!!

For permits completed on our new Cloudpermit system, you can login to your account and request the inspection through that system.
