  • If you intend to alter or change the way surface water is dispersed or drains from your property – Contact the Conservation Office at 204-642-6070.
  • If you have questions regarding Property Assessment Values or Property Taxes - Contact the Department of Assessment at 204-785-5092.
  • If you need to know the current elevation of your land in order to meet Zoning By-law construction elevations – Contact Hydrologic Forecasting and Water Management at 204-945-2121 or 204-945-8373.
  • If you own property adjacent to a Provincial Road or Highway - Contact the Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation Department.
  • If you have questions regarding Septic Fields and Holding Tanks – Contact the Department of Environment at 204-785-5030.
  • If you have questions regarding Wells or Provincial Drainage Systems – Contact Water Stewardship at 204-642-6095.
